A little about E&J.

We are Erinne and Jordan (E&J). We love people, animals, and our planet, which is why our vegan journey began. What started out as a passion project, having received such renown from family and friends, has grown into Cashew & Thyme. Our love for food and creating gourmet vegan platters, is a tasty combination we want to share with you.

 

How did we come upon our name Cashew & Thyme

We want our name to reflect both the versatility of cashews, a main ingredient in the majority of the cheeses we use, and the eloquence of culinary thyme, as we believe them to be fundamental elements of a gourmet grazing platter. Thyme is also significant, because E&J have a passion for gardening, and have incorporated a purple thyme ground cover throughout their garden. Fun fact – purple is also Erinne’s favourite colour!
