How much time in advance do I need to place an order? 

Minimum 48 hours in advance for online orders. For larger/multiple online orders please send us an email at hello@cashewandthyme.ca and we’d be happy to connect with you!

Do you offer curbside pick-up? 

No, delivery only.  

 

What are your delivery rates? 

$10 – Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge
$25 – St. Clement's, St. Jacob's, Elmira, Guelph, Ayr, Baden, New Hamburg

Can I customize my order? 

Yes, of course! Please include these details under the special request section of your order or send us an email!  

Are you available for special events? 

You bet! Please send us an email with as much information as possible and we can chat further!  

 

Are the platters, dishes, and cutlery disposable? 

Yes! The platters are made of cardboard and can be recycled. The dishes are made of sugarcane fibre or palm leaves and are compostable. The cutlery is made of bamboo and is compostable. 

 

When should the platter be consumed? 

Immediately is ideal, but should be within 1-3 hours of delivery for ultimate freshness (stored in a cool place). Refrigerate leftovers.

 

What is your cancellation and refund policy? 

No refund can be offered once the platter has been made. If you cancel 48 hours in advance, you will be issued a refund.
